Job Description - Customer Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Global Partners is seeking a passionate and resourceful Customer Support Officer to join our team, working remotely from London, England. As an Associate level role, the Customer Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with resolving any inquiries or issues they may have.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. 6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively. 7. Assist with training new customer support team members as needed. 8. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner. 5. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home. 7. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently. 8. Visa sponsorship, medical coverage, and life insurance benefits provided.
