Job Description:

Laboratory Corp. of America is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer support roles. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, hardworking, detail-oriented, and possess strong time management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and technical support related to our services. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
