Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


United Technologies is seeking a driven and hardworking Customer Support Representative to join our team in London, England. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a high level of customer satisfaction - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Identify and escalate priority issues to management as needed


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptability to changing customer needs and company policies - Ability to make quick and effective decisions in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
