Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Avon Products, a leading global beauty company, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level role, we require a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a customer support or similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, ordering, and shipment tracking - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify and report trends in customer concerns to improve overall service - Meet and exceed productivity and quality targets set by the company - Maintain accurate customer records and details in the CRM system


Requirements: - Motivated and hardworking individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and concerns - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using customer service software and other related tools - Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
