Remote Customer Support Representative

Farmers Insurance Exchange is currently seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and online chat. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer inquiries, processing insurance claims, and providing guidance on policy information. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues.
