Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Realogy Holdings is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat support - Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account management, order processing, and product information - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service

Requirements: - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong cooperation and strategic planning skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
