Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


L-3 Communications is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position with a minimum of 2 years of experience, the Customer Support Representative will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner - Managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Documenting and tracking customer interactions and resolutions - Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement in our customer support processes - Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery - Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment


Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Resourceful problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues - Innovative thinking and emotional intelligence to effectively connect with customers - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
