Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Weyerhaeuser is looking for a part-time Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, motivated, have excellent teamwork skills, and pay close attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer support roles - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment - High school diploma or equivalent
