Job Description - Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Omnicom Group is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team based in London, England, UK. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles. The ideal candidate will be confident and passionate about providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Research and plan personalized responses to address specific customer needs. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate more complex issues and provide feedback for process improvement. 5. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.


Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer support roles. 2. Confident and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 3. Strong research and planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
