Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and independent Customer Support Representative to join our team at Bank of America Corp. in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and account inquiries. 3. Resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 5. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service processes and procedures. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. Motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Experience in people management and strategic planning is a plus. 4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
