Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team at PG&E Corp. This is a part-time, work from home position based in London, England, UK. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Passionate about providing excellent customer service. 3. Resourceful problem solver with strong negotiation and analysis skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
