Job Description - Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Siemens is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in London, England, UK. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support roles. We are looking for a confident and resilient individual who can provide excellent customer service remotely.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve overall customer experience - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all customer interactions


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer support roles - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to think innovatively and analytically to solve customer problems - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
