Job Description - Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Charter Communications is looking for a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in London, England, UK. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Research and troubleshoot customer problems to find effective solutions - Make informed decisions to resolve customer complaints and escalations - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns effectively - Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation


Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable individual who can work independently and as part of a team - Strong research skills to gather information and find solutions - Excellent decision-making abilities to address customer issues effectively - Effective communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues professionally - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
