Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description: The Customer Support Specialist at PNC Financial Services Group in London, England, UK is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in a part-time capacity. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently. 2. Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. 3.
