Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Southern in London, England, UK. As an Associate level employee with at least 4 years of experience in customer support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Provide product information and technical support to customers - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Assist in product testing and quality control - Identify and report recurring customer issues to management - Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products


Requirements: - Energetic and motivated with a positive attitude - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Ability to conduct thorough research and provide accurate information to customers - Experience using customer support software and CRM systems - Knowledge of customer service best practices - Fluency in English, both written and verbal
