Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Intel is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles. The successful candidate will be resourceful, reliable, possess strong project management skills, and be a team player.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat channels - Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues - Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system - Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues - Assist in the development of customer support training materials - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer support team - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless customer experience


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles - Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with customers - Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues globally - Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
