Job Description - Customer Support Specialist


Job Description:


DaVita HealthCare Partners is looking for a passionate and resourceful Customer Support Specialist to join our team in London, England. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and partners. You will be the first point of contact for any inquiries or issues, ensuring that all concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities:


- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails - Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Communicate customer feedback to the necessary teams for continuous improvement


Requirements:


- Previous experience in customer service or a related field (minimum of 2 years) - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
