Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Thermo Fisher Scientific, a leading scientific research and equipment company, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively - Provide product information and technical support to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and confident personality traits to handle challenging customer interactions - Strong adaptability skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Excellent persuasion skills to influence customer decisions - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
