Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product-related questions in a professional and timely manner. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions. 5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on Ross Stores products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and procedures. 9. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and colleagues.
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 3 years of customer support experience. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations. 6. Experience using customer support software and tools. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Previous experience in retail or e-commerce customer support is a plus. 9.
