Job Description:


Insight Enterprises is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility of working from home.


As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up on customer requests.


We are looking for candidates who are resilient and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to analyze and solve problems. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently.
