Job Description:
Terex, a leading global manufacturer of lifting and material processing products, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to work remotely from home in London, England. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat channels - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with accuracy and efficiency - Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers
Requirements: - Energetic and reliable individual who thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment - Strong analytical skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
