Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Global Partners is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients from the comfort of your own home in London, England.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and understanding. 3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers. 6. Providing feedback to the management team on ways to improve customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Must be dedicated and resourceful in finding solutions to customer issues.
