Job Description:


Baker Hughes, a leading energy technology company, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to work from home in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and technical support to customers - Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures - Meet or exceed performance targets and goals set by management


Requirements: - Resilient and driven personality traits to handle challenging situations and meet tight deadlines - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong cooperation skills to work collaboratively with team members and other departments - Proven experience in customer support or a related field - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
