Remote Live Chat Assistant

Job Description: Seaboard, a leading company based in London, England, UK, is seeking a dedicated Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, resourceful, and possess strong soft skills such as cooperation and innovation.

Responsibilities: - Respond to live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate departments when necessary - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction - Document customer interactions and update customer profiles with relevant information - Collaborate with team members to improve chat response times and customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software programs quickly - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
