Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Live Chat Assistant at Hershey in London, England. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for someone with at least 1 year of relevant experience and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat on our website - Answer questions about products, promotions, and general company information - Resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback - Identify opportunities for improvement in our customer service processes

Requirements: - Independent and passionate individual with a strong desire to help customers - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of Hershey products and brand preferred - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
