Job Description:

Fifth Third Bancorp is seeking a part-time Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The successful candidate will be motivated, adaptable, possess strong time management skills, and excel in critical thinking.

Responsibilities: - Provide real-time support to customers through live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently - Utilize effective communication skills to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent support and accurate information is provided to customers - Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service, such as updating databases and monitoring chat performance metrics - Stay informed on company products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers - Adhere to company policies and guidelines for professional conduct and data security

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Strong time management and critical thinking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and chat support software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
