Job Description - Remote Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:


Henry Schein is seeking a Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team in London, England, UK. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient and confident personality, as well as strong people management and cooperation skills.


Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently - Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards customers - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in computer applications and software - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Availability to work part-time hours on a flexible schedule
