Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

R.R. Donnelley & Sons is seeking a dedicated and confident Live Chat Assistant to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the Live Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online live chat support. This part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat support. 2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Analyze customer needs and recommend solutions or products. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
