Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Tractor Supply is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Live Chat Assistant to join our team in London, England. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers through live chat with inquiries, product recommendations, and order processing - Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to chat inquiries and resolving any issues efficiently - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist in project management tasks related to the live chat platform - Conduct quality assurance checks on chat transcripts to ensure accuracy and professionalism - Stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or live chat role - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Proven project management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to adapt to change quickly and efficiently - Previous experience working with live chat platforms is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
