Job Description:
We are looking for a resourceful and reliable Live Chat Assistant to join our team at CHS in London, England, UK. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage live chat inquiries from customers, providing timely and accurate responses. 2. Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs effectively. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate where necessary. 4. Monitor chat interactions for quality assurance and compliance with company policies. 5. Assist in project management tasks related to live chat operations. 6. Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners through effective communication. 7. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the live chat process and customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Proven experience working in a live chat support role. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 4. Proficiency in project management tools and techniques. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Comfortable using company equipment and software systems. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
