Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resilient Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Mercedes-Benz in London, England, UK. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat communication with customers. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time via live chat to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving customer concerns promptly and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services and products - Stay up-to-date on Mercedes-Benz products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
