We are looking for a talented and driven Live Chat Assistant to join our team at AK Steel Holding. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility of working from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role, and possess the ability to adapt to various situations and environments.

Responsibilities: - Provide real-time assistance to customers through live chat on the company's website - Answer inquiries about products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence - Ability to work effectively in a remote, team-based environment - Proficiency in computer software and technology - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Must be adaptable and willing to learn new skills - Must be driven and motivated to exceed customer expectations - Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
