Remote Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

O’Reilly Automotive is seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Entry Level position, this role offers the opportunity to work remotely while assisting customers through online chat services. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and independent, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to demonstrate leadership in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions via live chat - Assist with order processing, product information, and technical support - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow with the company
