Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

ExxonMobil is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Live Chat Associate to join our team in London, England. As a Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to answer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Use effective communication skills to address customer concerns and ensure a positive interaction - Collaborate with team members to optimize chat processes and procedures for improved customer satisfaction - Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and confident with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Strong emotional intelligence to effectively handle customer interactions - Ability to work well both independently and within a team
