Remote Live Chat Associate

Job Description: Paccar is seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in London, England. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work remotely and provides a flexible schedule for the right candidate. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resilient and reliable, with excellent project management and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and problem-solve customer inquiries efficiently - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Previous experience in customer service or a related field - Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and adaptable to changing circumstances - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
