Insight Enterprises is seeking a highly experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team in London, England. This part-time position is ideal for someone at the mid-to-senior level with at least 8 years of experience in customer service or chat management.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the live chat team, including monitoring chat interactions, providing guidance to team members, and ensuring high-quality customer service. - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall team performance. - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. - Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to live chat management.
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer service, chat management, or a related field. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Ability to think creatively and solve problems efficiently. - Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities. - Independent and energetic personality traits that drive success in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with live chat software and customer service platforms. - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
