Job Description - Live Chat Manager - Work from home

As a Live Chat Manager at Philip Morris International, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the live chat operations for our customers. This is a part-time, work from home position based in London, England, UK, with a seniority level of mid-to-senior and requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of live chat agents, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are handled in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase conversion rates through the live chat channel. 3. Monitor and analyze key metrics to track the performance of the live chat team and make data-driven decisions to drive improvements. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service, marketing, and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 5. Train and onboard new live chat agents, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them succeed in their roles. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in live chat management, and implement new technologies or processes to enhance the customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience in live chat management, with at least 7 years of relevant experience. 2. Energetic and resilient personality traits, with strong adaptability and creativity in problem-solving. 3. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team. 4. High level of proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
