Job Description:
Cisco is seeking a passionate and confident individual to join our team as a Live Chat Manager, working remotely from London, England. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform and ensuring smooth and efficient communication with our customers.
Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the live chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries - Train and mentor a team of live chat agents to provide exceptional customer service - Monitor chat conversations for quality control and provide feedback for improvement - Analyze chat data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization - Collaborate with other departments to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers - Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention through live chat interactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in live chat management or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Experience with live chat software and customer relationship management systems - Excellent persuasion skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively - Proven track record of meeting targets and KPIs in a customer service environment - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
