Job Description - Live Chat Officer


Job Description:


Supervalu is seeking a part-time Live Chat Officer to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level member of our team, the Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online live chat interactions.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time via live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience - Monitor incoming chat requests and prioritize responses based on urgency and customer needs - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette at all times - Record and document customer interactions for future reference and analysis - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, chat duration, and customer satisfaction


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Hardworking and resourceful personality traits - Strong cooperation and presentation skills - Excellent written communication skills - Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed - High school diploma or equivalent required
