Job Description:
As a Remote Live Chat Officer at Netflix, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support to Netflix subscribers in the UK. Your primary role will involve resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding customers through the various features of the Netflix platform. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency while engaging with customers in a fast-paced, online environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat communication - Troubleshoot technical issues related to the Netflix platform - Assist customers with account management and subscription-related questions - Educate customers on new features and updates to the Netflix service - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong presentation and cooperation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
