Remote Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team at PPL in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide assistance and support with their inquiries - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems - Utilize strong negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and offer solutions - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Document and track customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement - Meet and exceed KPIs for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Energetic and driven personality traits - Proficiency in using chat software and CRM systems - People management skills - Negotiation skills
