Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Williams is seeking a motivated and energetic Live Chat Officer to join our team in London, England. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or communications role. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Use problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively - Collaborate with other departments to escalate issues as needed - Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up as necessary

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or communications role - Motivated and energetic personality - Adaptability to handle various customer inquiries and issues - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
