Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Qualcomm, a global leader in the field of wireless technology, is seeking a part-time Live Chat Officer to join our team in London, England. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are resourceful, hardworking, and possess excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about Qualcomm products and services - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
