Job Description:


General Motors is seeking a Part-Time Live Chat Officer to work from home in London, England. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Provide accurate information about General Motors products and services 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions 4. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service 6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet performance metrics 7. Stay up to date on General Motors products, services, and industry trends 8. Use leadership skills to guide team members and share knowledge 9. Conduct research to enhance customer support processes and improve efficiency 10. Uphold General Motors' values of diversity and inclusivity in all interactions


Requirements: 1. Independent and resilient mindset to handle challenging customer situations 2. Strong leadership skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members 3. Excellent research abilities to gather and analyze information quickly 4. Ability to work from home effectively and maintain a high level of productivity 5. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with live chat platforms and CRM systems 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 7. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
