Live Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Live Chat Officer to join our team at PepsiCo. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in London, England, UK. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online live chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat - Provide information about PepsiCo products and services - Assist customers with placing orders and processing payments - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance targets and goals set by management
