Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Live Chat Representative to join our team at Quintiles Transnational Holdings in London, England, UK. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires no prior experience, making it a great opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints through the chat platform, ensuring customer satisfaction - Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with other customer service-related tasks as needed

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a team and cooperate with others - Persuasive and able to effectively sell products or services - Proficient in using computers and online chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be available to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
