Job Description - Live Chat Representative

As a Live Chat Representative at Advance Auto Parts in London, England, UK, your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and help resolve any issues they may have. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of the company's products and services in order to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and provide additional assistance as needed - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and confident in dealing with customers - Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence - Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve effectively - Previous experience with live chat or online customer support is a plus
