Live Chat Representative

As a Live Chat Representative at Land O’Lakes in London, England, UK, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via live chat to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and ensure a positive customer experience - Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Meet performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Excellent presentation and cooperation skills - Experience in a customer service role for at least 3 years - Proficiency in written communication and typing skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience with live chat software preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required
