Job Description - Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Dillard’s in London, England, UK. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Research product information to assist customers with their inquiries - Make informed decisions to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times


Requirements: - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Excellent research skills to provide accurate and thorough information to customers - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Must be dedicated and adaptable to changing situations - Knowledge of retail and customer service practices is a plus
