Remote Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Erie Insurance Group is seeking a Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team in London, England, UK. This is a part-time entry level position with no years of experience required. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, resilient, possess strong research skills, and have the ability to persuade customers effectively.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research to provide accurate and relevant responses to customer queries - Utilize persuasive communication skills to guide customers through the decision-making process - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet performance goals and targets set by the company - Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in typing and computer skills - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
